As we prepare for the upcoming benefit year, please note that all claims incurred in 2025 must be received by Sun Life no later than March 31, 2026, to be eligible for reimbursement.

Deadline to submit your 2025 benefit claims to Sun Life
- Claims incurred in 2025 must be received by Sun Life by March 31 , 2026, to be eligible for reimbursement.
How to submit Extended Health Care, Dental Care and Health Spending Account (HSA) claims
- Extended Health Care, Dental Care and Health Spending Account (HSA) claims can be submitted online via Sun Life or via my Sun Life Mobile App.
How to submit Personal Spending Account (PSA) and Wellness Personal Spending Account (WPSA) claims
- Download the PSA or WPSA claim form:
- Flat claim forms are available on Forms and Plan Documents
- Fillable claim forms are available from your Sun Life account
- Complete the PSA or WPSA claim form.
- Submit your completed claim form and receipts:
- Email: myclaims@sunlife.com
- Mail: Address specified on the claim form
How to view your Spending Account balances on the App, and On-line
- On the App, select Quick Actions > Coverage information:
- Select the benefit plan with policy 151039 to view your Personal Spending Account (PSA)
- Select the benefit plan with policy 152260 to view your Wellness Personal Spending Account (WPSA)
- On-line, log into your Sun Life account:
- Scroll down to the Benefits section on the main landing page, select the benefit plan spending account you want to view from the pull-down menu and then select coverage information
